Some pictures from the recent comic battle event in Turin
The event actually attracted quite a crowd!
As a representative for Monipodio! (a comic artists collective I was part in and with whom I invented the comic battle) I was asked to say a couple of words about how we got the idea.
This is me and Vincenzo Sparagna, director of the magazine Frigidaire, a magazine that made history back in the eighties and published most of the now famous Italian underground comic artists like Pazienza and Liberatore.
