Hannes Pasqualini

On the day he works as a communication designer, in the night he thinks, writes and draws. As a comic author he’s created short stories for anthologies and magazines (like Inguine Mah!gazine, Resistenze, Futuro Anteriore, Libro Piccolo di Bugie, Monstars, ZeroTolleranza, Mono and Panik Elektro). He’s also drawn some comic books like X-Novo (written by Roberto Mascia, Bottero Edizioni) and Round and Round (written by Andrea Campanella, Cut-Up Comix). In 2009 he won, together with Cubber, the contest Blog&Nuvole by Fondazione Cologni and Triennale di Milano. He is one of the people behind Monipodio and the Comic Battle and inventor of the “parasite comics”.

I'm working on my first graphic novel, one where I do both the writing and the art. It's called Dog Show and it talks about illusion, paranoia, identity and about finding and losing oneself.
